Less is better? (Girls bare it at all for the limelight)

0197702A_317.jpg

It seems as if the young girls in today's Jamaica, are trying to out-do their friends or their 'mattie', a Jamaican term for a man's woman on the side, which is who can wear the least clothing on the road.

Certain clothing which was confined for the bedroom, such as a sexy langerie, is now filtered in the public's eye.

JAMCL spoke to a female on the matter. "Yu done know woman affie look good fe attract man, and me dress sexy fe teast de man dem, zeen, a just suh it set up," Pinky from an Inner City community in Kington said.

It look as if impy, skimpy is the norm for these girls.
At popular night clubs we are seeing women dress as if they are 'working' so to speak.

i'm not tryng to degrade women but, women need to earn repect from men, and dressing 'cheap' will nt make it.

The way the girls are dressing leaves nothing for the magination.

Could I Be 1 Month Pregnant?

by: Linda E. Joy

Some women may or may not know when they are 1 month pregnant, and if not, it’s only a matter of time until the symptom of pregnancy become visible. A ignore period is usually the first sign, which may also be accompanied by sore breasts, weakness, faintness, vomiting, light spot, or mild pain. If using the calendar method of calculation, being 1 month pregnant means that it has been one month since the start of the last menstrual period.

Ovulation usually occurs around the fourteenth day or midway through the menstrual cycle, and after the egg has been fertilized by the sperm,it takes another ten to fourteen days for the newly formed seed to insert in the uterine inside layer. During implantation it is quite normal for some light mark to occur, but if bleeding is heavy or bright or dark red thena doctor should be consulted, that is if the woman knows she is pregnant. Otherwise, the mark could be seen as the start of the menstrual round.

Silicone Breast Implants Are Back

by: Ricardo de Silva

In a day many would have been hard pressed to predict, the government has lifted a ban on silicone breast implants. In a word, they are back and here is the scoop.

Silicone Breast Implants Are Back

Silicone implants were first used for breast augmentation and reconstruction in 1962. The implants were extremely popular, but concern slowly started to develop regarding the health risks associated with them.

The Food and Drug Administration requires all medical products be safe before they can be used with the general public. This standard, however, was not in effect in 1962 when silicone implants came onto the market. The companies making the implants argued against regulation, but serious health risks associated with silicone exposure when implants ruptured ultimately led to the FDA stepping in and eventually banning their use.

The World Needs More Women Leaders

by: Stephen Oakes

Mature and industrialized nations today continue to strive for human equality, especially when it comes to women’s rights. In general, women are the voice which calms the fighting spirit of man. I believe that women who are elected to office bring new perspectives to issues and are more inclined to collaborate effectively with their counterparts. I often wonder if this is one of the reasons for the civilized manner in which modern countries enjoy. It is a sense of balance and fairness that allows people to determine their own fate.

Will the 'real' woman stand up?

wonder%20bra.jpg
wonder bra

Women, do you think it's great being a natural woman, I mean having your own hair and other parts of your body?

But, there are those that do not like what they were given by God at birth, and use hair pieces, braids, human hair, tattoos, buttocks extensions, surgical enhancements to add, so to speak to their beauty.

Some of these products that women add to their bodies can so easily fool men, such as the 'wonder' bra that makes as if some members of the opposite sex feels as if she has these dynamic breasts, added to this are stuffings inside the bra, and if not is not enough, women do surgery to get those dynamic breasts.

Tips For Wearing Perfume

img.jpg

by: Marilyn Pokorney

Perfumes can be fun to wear. Here are some tips on buying and using perfumes.

When buying perfume always try a sample. Wear it for about 10 minutes before deciding if you like it. This allows the alcohol to evaporate and the oils in perfumes to interact with the oil on the skin and will be a little different for everyone.

Try samples in the late afternoon. The power of smell is stronger during that time of day.

When starting a new perfume always use it on only one small area of skin. If there is an allergy to any of the ingredients it's the safest way to discover it. After an hour, if there is no reaction, the perfume is safe to wear.

When wearing perfume put it on the pulse points. The inner wrists, behind the knee, and below the jawline near the ears. The pulse sends out the scent.

Perfume will keep fresher longer if you store it in a cool, dark place since sunlight and heat interact with the oils in the perfume.

How Can I Trust Anyone Again?

By: Kelly Jones

Gail Asked:

I used to live on the streets and was taken advantage of in many ways. Now I am off the streets and doing much better. Trouble is, I don't trust people anymore. I always think they want something from me and consequently I can't get past a superficial relationship.

How do I deal with this? What is wrong with my thinking? I don't live on the streets anymore and don't live around those types of people. I can't make friends with this attitude. I don't want to be a loner all my life. What do you think?
