England tie series with five-wicket win

England tied their two-match NatWest International 20/20 series against the West Indies at 1-1, with a nail-biting five-wicket win at the Brit Oval, in England on Friday, June 29, 2007.
The Windies won the first contest by 15 runs.
A five-wicket win, seemed easy but England's winning runs, came with only three balls to spare in the game.

The West Indies won the toss and decided to bat and posted a moderate 169-7, with Chris Gayle 61, and Marlon Samuels, 42, making the bulk of the runs, while, all-rounder and Limited Overs captain Paul Collinghood (2-21) and Sidebottom (2-25) shared four wickets for the home team.
England in reply made 173-5, as they batted steadily and reached their target with three balls to spare.
Owais Shah with an unbeaten 55, led in the Englishmen to victory, and Collinghood supported with 27 runs.
Ravi Rampaul was the Windies most successful bowler with 2-39.
