West Indies went into the last day of the fourth and final test against England on 83-3 still 30 runs behind, England's first innings score of 400. Any slip by the Caribbean men and the Englishmen will go in for the kill. The highlight of the fourth day's play was England all-rounder Paul Collingwood knock of 128, while Matthew Prior made a defiant 62.

Windies fast bowler Fidel Edwards bagged 5-112 in 23 overs. Darren Powell picked up three wickets for 89 runs off 32 overs, and Corey Collymoore took 2-116 off 29 overs. West Indies at stumps, were precariously placed at 83-3, with the not out batsmen being opener Chris Gayle 52 n.o., and the rock solid Shivnarine Chanderpaul on 16 n.o.
Windies interim captain Darren Ganga, miserable form continued as he could only contribute six runs, to go with his duck in the first innings, while two other batsman (Devon Smith 0, and Runako Morton, seven), failed to make a mark in the final innings. England has an unassailable 2-0 lead in the four-test series.
