Rock solid Chanderpaul: *Top order batsman's ton puts Caribbean side on top

Veteran batsman Shivnarine Chanderpaul made an impressive 136 not out to pilot West Indies to 287 all out, and on top on the third day of the fourth and final test match against England, at Riverside, yesterday, June 17, 2007.
Dwayne Bravo was the next best Windies batsman with 44, while Chris Gayle made 28, and Marlon Samuels on his return chipped in with 19.
Seamer Ryan Sidebottom took 5-88 for England.
England at the close were struggling on121-4 with Andrew Straus unbeaten on 72.
Fidel Edwards was the West Indies leading wicket taker with 3-40 off seven overs.
England has an unassailable 2-0 lead.
