The World's fastest SLR Camera

Canon EOS-1D Mark III, 10 mp, 10 fps

Canon recently, announced the latest iteration of their EOS-1D digital SLR. The Canon EOS-1D Mark III.
The Mark III has a ten (10) megapixel APS-H (1.3x FOV crop) CMOS sensor and can shoot at a whopping ten (10) frames per second (fps).
It features the updated DIGIC III image processor, a new 19 area Auto Focus system, up to ISO 6400 and a 3.0" LCD monitor (with a live view feature).

The Mark III should be available in April 2007, for US$ 3999 (JA$268,000.00). This is an upgrade to their Mark II Camera, a 8 megapixil APS-H, that shot 8.5 frames per second (fps).
