Exercise can improve your sexual potency- Study

Forget about those ʽmix upʼ,ʽmix upʼ like stout and Irish Moss and peanuts and oats.

These fluids serve their purpose but are limited to the physical attributes of men.

According to studies done by Exercise Physiology experts in America there is a direct difference in the sexual potency of men when they do at least three exercise routines per week, including brisk walks, jogging, aerobic routine and strength work.

But, men who do sedentary jobs, (sitting) or couch snobs (Men who sit in the couch (settee) and do absolutely nothing but watch TV) do not perform as well.

Additionally, dieting was not a significant factor though it helps, as certain types of food like callaloo and green bananas increases a manʼs sexual potence.

Okro has alot of medicinal values and apart from being a good source of juice for the production of synovial fluids for the joints in the body it can also act as a good sexual stimulant.

The tests recommended that men who want to have good erections should avoid wearing tight underwear as this lessens blow flow in their private areas.

So men you need to keep exercising and eating right to gain that stamina when you need it most.
