Abstinence The Way To Go

A way of controlling the spread of the HIV virus that causes AIDS is to abstain from sexual intercourse.

Young people can engage in social programmes, such as a voluntary project, planting of trees in the community or being apart of youth club or a Golden age Home just to take their minds off sex.

However, if one cannot abstain please use a condom, this can be a matter of life or 'death'. Don't take a chance it won't worth it, it takes just one mistake and the 'killer' virus enters the blood cell where it replicates and destroy healthy cell hence a break down into one's immune system.

Too many of our young people are being devoured by AIDS, and too many of the nation's children are being born with the HIV virus that simple tells the story that their parents have been promiscuous.

I spoke to a few young girls recently and they were saying that their first sexual encounter will be with their husband on their wedding night.

But how many of our young girls can say that, especially when they are lured by middle aged men with some 'strong' money.

Some men and women master bates as a form of safe sex, which some persons deem to be a selfish and quite weird practice but at the end of the day there is no risk of contracting a disease from that activity.
