Jamaicans and the rest of the World will be focusing on the skies this evening as a Lunar Eclipse is expected to take place at about 5:44 pm (March 3, 2007).
The eclipse itself is expected to last just over an hour, but persons can still view the beautiful separations that take place up to about 9:30 pm, which involves the eclipse of the moon.
A lunar eclipse occurs whenever the Moon passes through some portion of the Earth's shadow. This can occur only when the Moon is full, and when the Sun, Earth and Moon are exactly on a line, or very closely so. The type and length of a lunar eclipse depends upon the Moon's location relative to its orbital nodes.

It is an awesome responsibility to take care of a child whether it be a male or a female, but you (mother) has brought them in this world to nurture and care for them.
However, according to media reports there have been a sense of neglect and 'duh care' attitude towards children by a couple parents in Jamaica.
People in St Elizabeth has alleged that a mother and her common law husband has allowed their 12 year-old daughter to live with a 30 year-old man who is currently on the run, for three months in a swap for land in the community.
This is more that a case of desperation, but a case of deteriorating morale standards.
The child is the eldest of six siblings and her parents recently erected a shack on the premises just a stone throw away from where it was alleged the child was living with the son of the owner of the land they are now occupying.

A way of controlling the spread of the HIV virus that causes AIDS is to abstain from sexual intercourse.
Young people can engage in social programmes, such as a voluntary project, planting of trees in the community or being apart of youth club or a Golden age Home just to take their minds off sex.
However, if one cannot abstain please use a condom, this can be a matter of life or 'death'. Don't take a chance it won't worth it, it takes just one mistake and the 'killer' virus enters the blood cell where it replicates and destroy healthy cell hence a break down into one's immune system.

The very thought of heading for a nude beach gives many people the shakes. For others, it’s a natural occurrence and a natural consideration. If you’re comfortable in your own skin, they argue, why not head out in just that skin?
There are a variety of things to consider when choosing a nude beach. Many experts say location is one factor as you probably want some measure of privacy (and most nude beaches offer this). Other factors to consider are the age range of people who visit the beach (you’ll likely want to be with a group around your own age) and other factors that really have to do more with your own comfort level.

They say lightening does not strike at the same place twice, but Ireland playing in their first World cup created quite a stir in this year’s ICC Cricket World Cup in Jamaica not once but two times; after playing to a exciting 221 runs a piece tie against Zimbabwe to salvage a point, in their first match in group D, then carving out a three-wicket win against Pakistan on the Dutworth/Lewis method, on Saturday just after humbling Pakistan 132 runs.
Many thought Ireland came here for the vacation, but their performance on the field shows that they are here to compete, and they have shortened the vacation time for one of Asia’s top team, Pakistan.
Ireland will play hosts the West Indies this Friday at Sabina Park, let’s see if lightening can strike the same place three times.
