
*Country Music trio win big at 49th Grammy Awards show
The Country Music Fraternity was filled with joy when their prodigy Dixie Chicks defy the odds by winning Five Grammy Awards last night including record and Album of the Year with their no-regrets anthem "Not Ready to Make Nice", at the 49th Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, USA.
Dixie Chicks also won for Country Music Album of the year.
Mary J. Blige made a successful comeback to pop music and received three Grammy Awards for her double-platinum album "The Breakthrough," while the Red Hot Chili Peppers won four silverwares for their double-disc "Stadium Arcadium."
The exciting Carrie Underwood was chosen as the best new artist, while double winners included John Mayer, T.I. and Ludacris.
