A WAY YOU CAN OVERCOME FRUSTRATIONS
I don't know you. But I have been frustrated many times. My heart was broken many times. I divorced. I have been unemployed. I have been in the street. I have felt totally alone. I became an alcoholic. There were nights I closed my eyes waiting not to wake up any more. I was on the edge of the suicide a couple of times. I needed help like never before in my life but there was nobody around to help me. And I discovered an even worse thing: there was nobody who could really help me. As things were going I could see only two choices.

There are many who believe the glitz and glitter of the tourist industries and the accompanying commercialization of both the areas around the tourist centers and the culture of Jamaica overshadow the ‘real’ Jamaica, the people and culture that exist beyond the tourist centers, the true heart of Jamaica. This has led to the creation of a variety of opportunities to visit the other side of Jamaica, to see people and life beyond the often stereotypical vision of Jamaica that most visitors see.

As the loss of a loved one can be one of the greatest challenges in life and connecting to with spirit can be a life changing experience. Whether you lose a loved one, a relationship or a job, most people feel some degree of grief when such an event occurs. Mediumship provides just one of the tools to help come to terms with the loss in a positive manner.
"As a Medium, I deliver more than messages” Amirah says, “I help to confirm that once our physical body dies, our 'spirit' lives on, and that we as spirits remain connected to relatives, friends and loved ones.."

Venus and Serena Williams arrived on the Island yesterday for a two-day visit.
While here the sisters will be conducting tennis clinics with the children and hanging out in Jamaica. Base on an interview on Talking Sport last night it seems as if the sisters are enjoying themselves.
I wish I had the time to go and check them out myself. Just having them in Jamaica is an inspiration. As one of the children said "It felt good hitting the ball back to them".
The sisters look a little tiered though and I would encourage them to stay a little longer in Jamaica. Relax on the beach get their hair done and get their groove on.
If you love Venus and Serena leave your comments and number they might just see it and give you a call.

The US military has reported (Wednesday Feb, 07) that another chopper went down in IRAQ. Base on the reports ten (10) persons were on board. The insurgents are claiming responsibility.
This news has increased the frustration level as with regards to the war in IRAQ. I can just imagine the grief that the family members of those troops are facing today.
What do you think should be done to end the war in IRAQ?
Should America:
a) Withdraw their troops?
b) Send more troops?
c) Have dialog with the insurgents?
d) Ask for assistance from other Arab countries?

Dear Becca:
I have been friends with this girl for about three years. We have become very close over that time. We hang out a lot, we have gotten physical in the past (no sex), but always kept it loose. We even 'sleep together' on occasion.
Here is my problem. I have fallen in love with her. She knows about it, and is not completely opposed to the idea of us dating. However, she doesn't want to lose me as a friend if we were to break up. She has in the past been in situations like ours and has lost good friends because of it. I really want to see what could happen with this relationship. I just have no idea what I should do, because in my heart I know I can't go back. Any ideas?
Sincerely, 'Confused'

*Ex-mates are dangerous to your heath and relationship
Do you have a ex-girl or ex-boyfriend that constantly calls your home and cellular phones?
Well welcome to the club, from my experience and information from other ex-mates can be a dangerous ingredient in the disintegration of your current relationship.
There are cases where the 'ex' act has if their phone calls to you is a mere harmless one, it first take on that nature with questions like :"How are you? How is work?, Is your mother doing ok?", stuffs like that. Then eventually, it moves from the phone calls, to wanting to meet you at a set location, then the home environment is discussed, and before you know it the same ex is actually making passes at you, and demanding you back into their life.

Tires are one of the most important parts of your car for safe travel. Here are some tips on how to keep them in good condition so they last a long time.
Check your tires once a month for wear. One of the easiest ways to do this is to place a penny into the most shallow tread groove with Lincoln's head down. If the whole head remains visible the tread is worn down to 1/16th of an inch and needs to be replaced.

Devon House is known for as a popular night spot for lovers and that should be the case this Valentines Day.

For some strange reason valentines day this year seem to be low key. These are five reason I think this is so:
1. Most people don't have no red and white clothes, not very fashionable.
2. Pocket empty no money to buy anything this year.
3. Not much love in the air.
4. Lots of broken hearts out there, as a result resentment against love and anything that represent it.
5. Lots of single people no one to share the day with.

Ever wondered how February 14 became, the day on which we celebrate and explore love in all its many ideals, Valentines Day.
There are many differing opinions on how Valentines Day started.
One story say that when the Roman Empire reigned, a festival every February was held in honour of the God of Fertility and during this time, young men would choose their mate. When a Emperor named Claudius can around, he outlawed all marriages in fear that the men would not be able to fight. Young couples still fell in love though and still wished to marry and they took these desires to the Catholic Bishop Valentine who, understanding love, began to secretly marry couples. When Claudius found out, he had Valentine arrested and ordered put to death. While waiting in jail, Valentine began exchanging letters with the jailers daughter and soon had fallen in love with her. The day he was to be beheaded, he wrote her one last note and signed it: From Your Valentine.

How it started
The term Aramac comes from the African origin which means strength, it also hails from the name Camera when turned backwards, ironically the name Camara hails from the African origin, which also means strong. Hence whether you say Camara or Aramac it represents the same sentiments and also the purpose that God has for the lives of human beings/mankind here on earth. Another interesting irony is in the fact that the founder of Aramac Entertainment Agency’s name is Camara K Rowe whose favorite biblical scripture and motivation is “young men I call you because you are strong”……

What part of you is only 1% to 3% of your body's mass, yet uses 20% of all the oxygen you breathe? Your brain! Here are ten more brain facts.
- Your brain needs a continuous supply of oxygen. A 10 minute loss of oxygen will usually cause significant neural damage. Cold can lengthen this time, which is why cold-water drowning victims have been revived after as nuch as 40 minutes - without brain damage.
- Your brain uses a fifth of all your blood. It needs it to keep up with the heavy metabolic demands of its neurons. It needs not only the glucose that is delivered, but of course, the oxygen.
- Your brain feels no pain. There are no nerves that register pain within the brain itself. Because of this, neurosurgeons can probe the brain while a patient is conscious (what fun!). By doing this, they can use feedback from the patient to identify important regions, such as those used for speech, or visualization.
