The Greatest One night Reggae Show, Sting which was held on Boxing Night, December 26, 2006 somewhat lived up to its name, as it was not lacking in terms of confrontations, incidents and controversies.

Heading the list is that of Beenie Man's no show for a particular clash with Bounty Killer, and the missiles that followed.

The people were hungry for a clash, but this did not materialize.

Mi caan believe seh me DJ (name withheld) get boo, one fan disclosed, after hearing his favourite entertainer being given a plethora of boos by a large but hostile crowd.

Another man had to warn him that this is a Sting crowd and anybody can get boo.

There were other skirmishes, but what was alarming was that of an allegation that one of the influential figures in the promotions area of Sting was said to shot a youth who apparently jump the fence to the Portmore venue, he was rushed to hospital.

The Police are still investigating the matter.
