Fans that were in high anticipation of a heated clash between Beenie Man and Bounty Killer before the year ends is in for a disappointment.

Beenie Man's request to clash with Bounty Killer at Camp Fire in Ewarton, St Catherine was turned down by the War Lord himself yesterday.

Bounty's stance stems from Beenie Man's opting out of a clash with him at the Reggae Show Sting in Portmore early Wednesday morning.

Fans though can expect a clash between the two long time rivals early in 2007 as Beenie has disclosed he wants get the clash over soon.

Meanwhile, Beenie Man is in some hot water after a man from his entourage allegedly boxed DJ Spice, and entertainers and man from Spice's backative unit swore to settle the score with the Doctor. During his long musical career Beenie has been through alot of adversities, one of which was when he was fingered to be involved in the killing of Jamaica's famous dancer Bogle, one which he denied. But he and dancer John Hype went into hiding for fear of their lives.
