Whitney Houston First Public Appearance Since Rehab

whitneywow.jpg

Houston, 43, was escorted to a benefit for juvenile diabetes research in Beverly Hills, Calif., by her longtime record producer, Clive Davis, People magazine reported Monday on its website.

"I feel great," Houston was quoted as saying, while Davis, one of Saturday evening's honorees, told People: "We're going to make a killer album."

A blond Houston, wearing a black gown and diamond earrings, sat at the main table for the 17th Carousel of Hope Ball with Halle Berry and Berry's boyfriend, model Gabriel Aubry, People said.

"American Idol" runner-up Katharine McPhee sang Houston's "I Have Nothing" at the event.

"It's her first big appearance since the breakup," McPhee, 22, was quoted as saying on the arrivals carpet. "I would love to sing with her, but unfortunately all eyes are on me."

Let's pray for Whitney that she stays clean so she can testify about her ordeal.

A little drizzle did not stop the party at Mellow Vibes

man%26women.jpg

Mellow vibes was the place to be on October 28th 2006. Patrons danced up a storm as the dj’s delivered 70’s, 80’s and 90’s tunes to the crowd. With ladies free before 11 pm, females flocked the place which indeed carried the men to the party. One would think that females would try their best to come before 11 0’clock but this was not the case. Even after this time females could be seen hanging out at the venue as well as in the lines to buy the tickets to enter Mas Camp.

[Rihanna:]
Story Of My Life
Searching For The Right
But It Keeps Avoiding Me
Sorrow In My Soul
Cause It Seems That Wrong
Really Loves My Company

But Clouds Are Rolling In
Because I'm Gone Again
And To Him I Just Can't Be True

Lyrics to Beyonce’s Irresistible

1106beyonce.jpg

To the left
To the left
To the left
To the left
To the left
To the left
Everything you own in the box to the left
In the closet that's my stuff - Yes
If I bought it nigga please don't touch
And keep talking that mess, that's fine

But could you walk and talk at the same time
And It's my mine name that is on that Jag
So remove your bags let me call you a cab

Standing in the front yard telling me
How I'm such a fool - Talking about
How I'll never ever find a man like you
You got me twisted

You make a woman go mad
So be wise and keep on
Reading the signs of my body

Could your website be 'Employee of the Month'?

Wayne Marsh, Guest Writer

Good employees are a company's best asset; they help the business profit through their diligence, commitment, and expertise.

Most business owners realise the correlation between winning employees and a successful business, and spend a great deal of time, effort, and money to recruit and retain the best to staff their company.

But, what about their website? Many business owners don't recognise the similarities between high-performance employees and high-performance websites.

If you compare the two, you'll see how similar they really are, and from there, you can take steps to help your business' website become your 'employee of the month'.

All about Buju Banton

bujubiopic1.jpg Each generation has a voice that convincingly conveys past tribulations, contemporary triumphs and future aspirations; throughout the 1990's, the voice of Jamaica has been Mark Anthony Myrie, better known to Reggae fans as Buju Banton. Buju has dominated Jamaican music with a rough gravel yet keenly melodic deejay (the Jamaican equivalent of a rapper) delivery, transcending the parameters of dancehall Reggae and serving as a globally embraced artistic paradigm for the 21st century. The wide ranging musical styles and sophisticated lyrical concerns Buju embraces throughout Unchained Spirit (his debut release for Epitaph subsidiary Anti Inc.) will certainly resonate with fans regardless of racial, cultural and socio economic backgrounds.
